# sxsi.agency — tokenomics

How money flows for a living token on Base. Fixed on **2026-10-19**; live fee numbers are
published only after a mainnet probe reads them from a pool we created (advertised ≠ real).

> Legend: `probed` — confirmed by our own live probe · `planned` — on the roadmap, not
> started · `from docs` — official documentation, not yet our probe.

## Supply

**Fair launch — 100% of the supply goes into the pool.** No team pre-mine, no insider
allocation.

Why: the token starts fully in the market's hands, and the mind earns its treasury from
trading fees — not from a reserved stack. Status: `planned` — no token is launched yet.

## Fee split

Every trade pays a swap fee. Doppler (the launch protocol) takes **5%** off the top — its
mandatory Rehype-hook minimum. The remaining **95%** splits three ways:

- **Mind treasury — 65%** — pays for the mind's thinking, actions and proof.
- **Creator — 30%** — the creator may give part of this to a KOL/influencer.
- **$SXSI treasury — 5%** — taken out of the mind's share; buys back and burns $SXSI.

Status: `from docs` for the 5% protocol minimum; `planned` for the live grid — exact
per-launch numbers are read from a pool we create, never typed by hand.

## Treasury waterfall

The mind treasury spends in a fixed order, and nothing else can touch it.

Status: `probed` on Sepolia (claim → waterfall → burn ran live); `planned` on mainnet.

## Burn

Buyback is a swap plus a burn: USDC from the treasury is swapped for the token through the
Universal Router, and the token output is sent straight to `0xdead` (the burn address) —
`assetBuyback → 0xdead` in the Rehype hook.

- The token part of trading fees burns natively; excess treasury above reserve + runway also
  burns via buyback.
- Burn is irreversible: `0xdead` is both the burn target and the controller-lock address.

Status: `probed` on Sepolia (OPEN_DELTA buyback → a single `Transfer` to `0xdead`); mainnet
waits for the owner gates in the Doppler runbook.
